EcoBroker Experience

With more than 10 years experience in buying and selling residential homes as well as managing income properties, Stacey Stephenson knows how essential great customer service is for ensuring successful real estate transactions. She draws on her attention to detail, in addition to her keen listening, timely communication and strong negotiation skills, to produce results. Stacey followed her passion into a real estate career after years of thriving in advertising sales for some of the world's top media companies, including AOL and Dow Jones.

Stacey shares a true "green" heart and a keen interest in environmental issues with many other Marinites. Just ask her how much she loves her Hybrid car! She is the First Mill Valley based real estate professional to have earned the EcoBroker Certified® designation. After successfully completing a unique and informative training program on the energy and environmental issues that affect real estate transactions, Stacey looks forward to pushing the Marin real estate market toward energy-efficient, sustainable, and healthier design/features in homes and buildings. As an EcoBroker®, Stacey helps buyers find homes that are cost-effective, healthy, and comfortable while promoting green features of sellers' homes to bring them top dollar, distinguish them from the competition, and attract more buyers. Stacey is also a Certified Green Building Professional and Marin Healthy Homes is also a Certified Bay Area (and Marin) Green Business.

Stacey is a born and raised Bay Area native, who headed south to get her B.S. in the Business Entrepreneur Program at USC. She returned to San Francisco and in 2000 moved to Mill Valley with her husband and daughter, who is now 9 years old and attends Park Elementary School. She is an outdoor enthusiast and spends a good deal of time on Mt.Tam with her Rhodesian Ridgeback. She also enjoys yoga, running and hanging at the pool at Scott Valley Swim & Tennis Club.
